Alkira is a laid-back and beautifully presented holiday home where you can enjoy a coastal holiday all year round.

The interior of this home captures the essence of coastal life with modern furniture, bright decor and plenty of natural light.

There are two living areas, separated by the kitchen. The main living area has a comfortable lounge suite in front of a cosy wood heater and large TV. This flows into the dining area where there is an 8 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A glass door opens onto a stunning covered outdoor entertaining area with a lounge setting, dining table and gas BBQ.

On the other site of the kitchen is the second living area with a sitting area and couches in front of another TV.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Alkira is set on a large landscaped allotment with a beautiful sunny garden surrounding the home, a fire pit and trampoline. In the garage is a table tennis table for those of all ages to enjoy.

Take a 2 minute walk around the corner to the Mornington Peninsula National Park with its walking trails which extend along the Bass Strait coast all the way to Sorrento. An 8 minute walk will take you to the fascinating rock formations at Pirates Bay.

Walk 30 minutes or drive 4 minutes to the cafes in the small centre of Blairgowrie. Across the road is the yacht club and safe shallow bay beach. Keep it local with a 3 minute drive from Alkira to Koonya General Store for great coffee. Otherwise, the bustling centre of Sorrento is only a short drive away.
