Old Sea Dog's Retreat is a beautifully presented older style holiday home, situated within an easy stroll of the beach.

The spacious open plan living area includes a large Smart TV with soundbar, DVD player, a wood heater (some wood provided) and air-conditioner. The meals area has a table which seats 4 people and bar stools at the kitchen bench. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Old Sea Dog's Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

There is one bathroom.

Inside the garage is a gas BBQ, 4 outdoor chairs and various ball and outdoor games that kids can play with in the fully fenced yard with its large expanse of grass.

There is space for one car in the garage, with additional space for two vehicles (including a small boat) along the driveway.

Take a 10 minute walk from Old Sea Dog's Retreat to the end of Norsemens Road where there is a sandy beach. Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve is just a short 350 metre walk from the home and includes a football oval, basketball court, BMX track and playground.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
