Thompson House Phillip Island is a fully renovated home located within a short stroll of the shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes.

The large living room features cathedral ceilings and is set up as two separate areas. One part has 3 couches, a 75 inch Smart TV, soundbar and Xbox. The other part has a couch, chairs, a 40 inch TV and Xbox with some games. A cosy wood fire (bring your own wood) and air-conditioning provides year round comfort in the living room.

Next to the living area is an open plan meals area which is air-conditioned and includes a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Thompson House Phillip Island has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

An internal door from the dining room leads to the double garage which has a second full size fridge and provides access to the second bathroom and laundry. The garage can accommodate two cars and there is space for 3 to 4 cars in front of the garage. The driveway on the other side of the home has space for additional two vehicles including a boat.

At the rear of the home is a covered entertaining area with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people. Additional chairs are available in the garage. This entertaining area overlooks a fully fenced backyard with a large area of lawn and plenty of room for children to play.

Thompson House Phillip Island is located just a 3 minute walk from the Phillip Island RSL which has an excellent bistro restaurant. The start of the long shopping and dining strip along Thompson Avenue is a 7 minute walk away. Take a 3 minute drive or 23 minute walk to the main beach at the jetty.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
