Warley Retreat is a modern holiday apartment with water views in the heart of Cowes, just around the corner from the beach.

The open plan living area is air-conditioned and includes comfortable couches, a Smart TV, DVD player and a dining table which seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric milk frother, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a large balcony with an 8 seat outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. From the balcony, enjoy views down to the foreshore, beach and across the bay.

Warley Retreat has 3 bedrooms, all with wall mounted heaters, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

Warley Retreat is located on the second floor of a block of 12 apartments that make up the Bayview Grande complex. Access to the apartment is via an elevator or stairs from the central lobby or car park. A laneway off Thompson Avenue provides an alternate access to the rear of the apartment complex.

All 12 apartments have access via a central courtyard to an indoor heated swimming pool (6.5 metres by 2.7 metres), a 6 person hot spa, change rooms and toilets.

There is one dedicated car parking spot in the shared underground car park which has lift access. Entrance to the car park is from Warley Avenue.

With the beach at your doorstep and shops, restaurants and cafes just around the corner, Warley Retreat offers the perfect location for your next coastal getaway.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
