You and Me by the Sea is a two storey beachfront townhouse with stunning water views, located in the exclusive Lovers Walk area of Cowes.

Upstairs is an open plan living area with a raked ceiling and large windows, bathing this space in natural light. This air-conditioned area has a corner lounge suite, Smart TV, DVD player and a dining area with a table that seats 6 people. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the living area leads out onto a large balcony with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. From here enjoy delightful views over Lovers Walk, the shady foreshore, beach and across the bay.

You and Me by the Sea has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - two single beds

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the ground floor entrance to the townhouse is a fenced and private courtyard with outdoor seating.

The garage is not available for guest use, however there is one outdoor parking spot for a vehicle on the property. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.

A private walkway along the side of the property leads to a gate which opens directly onto Lovers Walk. Take a few steps through the foreshore reserve directly onto the sandy beach. Otherwise enjoy a scenic stroll along this coastal walkway.

Take a 5 minute walk into the town centre of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
