Wyreena Community Arts Centre
Set on almost 2 hectares of gardens in Hull Road, this community arts centre occupies one of Croydon's oldest properties. The "Hayward" home was built in 1924 and now houses a gallery, gift shop and the Conservatory Cafe. Within the gardens are shady picnic areas, outdoor artworks, a function hall and a second home, "Silver Birches", which was built in 1929.
