National Wool Museum

Established as Australia's only comprehensive museum of wool, it is housed in a historic 1872 bluestone wool store. There are a range of exhibitions which trace the birth of the industry in the 1840s until today, plus a licensed restaurant and acclaimed woollen clothing and gift shop.

The mill is a fully restored original steam-powered flour mill which was built in 1857 from locally quarried sandstone. It is open to the public and houses a museum with displays of historical items from the local area.
