Centre for Contemporary Photography
A premier venue for exhibitions of contemporary photo-based art. The exhibition spaces showcase a diverse range of works from both emerging and established artists. Photography workshops and talks are held, and there is also a gift shop specialising in photography-inspired items.

Edinburgh Gardens
Covering 24 hectares, Edinburgh Gardens are located in the heart of Fitzroy North. There are lots of open lawns, avenues lined by mature elms, garden beds, picnic tables, BBQs, playgrounds and a memorial band rotunda which was built in 1925. Sporting facilities include a lawn bowling club, tennis courts, basketball court, skate bowl and a historic grandstand which overlooks the W.T. Peterson Oval.

Inner Circle Rail Trail
This paved walking and cycling track is on the site of the former train line which ran from Rushall station in Fitzroy North to Carlton North and Royal Park, with a branch line through Edinburgh Gardens to the former Fitzroy station. Along its 4 kilometre route are relics of the former railway and several parks, with crossings at what are now major thoroughfares in the city.
