The motel rooms are suitable for up to 3 people with a queen bed and single bed. They are clean and comfortable and include a large TV with Foxtel channels, a bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, Downstairs rooms have a back door which opens directly onto the garden.

There are 3 fully self-contained apartments which have two bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. They have a mix of queen, double and single beds. All apartments include a TV with Foxtel channels, air-conditioning, a comfortable lounge and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided and there is a daily housekeeping service. Each apartment has its own dedicated parking area and yard.

The house is a fully self-contained 3 bedroom home that can sleep up to 10 people. There is a queen bed in two of the bedrooms, two singles in the third bedroom, and two double sofa beds in the living area. The spacious lounge room has comfortable couches and a TV and Foxtel channels. The kitchen and dining area includes a large dining table, full size fridge, gas cooktop, oven and microwave. Two split-system air-conditioning units provide year round comfort. There is one bathroom, a separate toilet and laundry. Outside is a large entertaining deck, garden and private driveway.

All guests are welcome to relax in the landscaped garden which surrounds the property and includes plenty of seating and a BBQ area that overlooks the outdoor pool.

There is ample on-site vehicle parking, including space for large vehicles, trailers and vans.

Parkwood Motel & Apartments is easy to find, located directly off Ballarat Road and just a 2 minute drive from Geelong's city centre and waterfront precinct. Even closer are the shopping strips along Shannon Avenue and also in Pakington Street - the multicultural heartland of Geelong with an excellent range of dining options and retail stores. It is a quick 20 minute drive to Avalon Airport and only an hour to Melbourne, Tullamarine Airport, Ballarat and Lorne on the iconic Great Ocean Road.
