Foreshore Retreat is a delightful holiday home spread over 3 levels with multiple living areas and absolute water frontage.

Downstairs is an air-conditioned open plan living area which includes a lounge suite in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV (no free-to-air channels) and an infrared sauna. There is a small dining table and a kitchenette with a coffee pod machine, kettle and bar fridge. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio with a bar table, stools and an electric heated 6 person spa pool.

Upstairs is a huge air-conditioned open plan living area. It features a wall-mounted Smart TV, sumptuous lounge suite and work desk with Wi-Fi printer. There is a dining setting that seats 4 people and bar stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. From this living area, sliding glass doors open onto a covered wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy relaxing water views. There is a gas BBQ, stools and recliner chairs.

Foreshore Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

• Entry level bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ground floor bathroom / laundry - shower and toilet with hand rails, washing machine, clothes dryer
• Ensuite (upstairs) - shower, vanity unit, toilet

While the double garage is not accessible to guests, up to 4 cars can be parked on the driveway and there is space for 2 vehicles (including a boat) behind gates on the side of the house.

The fully fenced backyard includes a picnic table which seats 6, a fire pit (some wood provided) and an outdoor shower. From the backyard, enjoy views of the coastal vegetation and water glimpses through the trees. A private gate leads to a track through the foreshore bush and down to the sandy beach.

Take a 3 minute drive into the town centre of Grantville where you will find a small supermarket, several eateries and other shops.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
