The Treehouse Inverloch

The Treehouse Inverloch is a charming cabin-style home nestled on a large allotment, just one block back from the beach. It provides the ideal beach escape for a family or small group.

This north facing home has a bright and breezy open plan living area with cork flooring and large picture windows which drench it in natural light. There is a cosy wood heater, relaxing sofa, wicker bench seat, wall-mounted TV, dining table and stools under the kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The living area overlooks an expansive elevated entertaining deck which extends along the entire length of the home. Shaded by century old banksia trees, there is a dining table which seats 8 people and a gas BBQ. Enjoy the songs of local bird life and the sound of the nearby ocean.

This home can sleep up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, all with split-system heating and cooling.

All linen and towels are supplied. A portacot is available, however you will need to bring linen for it.

The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside is a large private garden with a lush green lawn, fully fenced and secure. There is an outdoor shower and off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

A gate at the back corner of the property provides a 50 metre short-cut walk to the coastal boulevard of Surf Parade. Just around the corner is Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club and the patrolled surf beach.

Inverloch is well known for its relaxed beachside living. Follow the coastal foot and bike pathway into the town centre and explore the beaches along the way. Two hotels and a selection of cafes, restaurants and takeaway shops provide great dining options. The nearby multi-award-winning RACV resort bar and kitchen offers the finest local produce combined with panoramic coastal views.

Follow the Bunurong Coastal Drive to Cape Paterson and discover stunning coastline features, caves, hidden coves and fascinating rock formations. Visit local wineries or take a 50 minute drive to the spectacular Wilsons Promontory National Park.

Located within an easy 2 hour drive from the centre of Melbourne, The Treehouse Inverloch is the perfect beach getaway at any time of year.

Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't meet our age requirements but would love to stay.

Nightly rates from

Rates based on 6 guests, twin share. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated.

$350 cleaning fee, $100 booking fee.

Minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights. During peak season, which includes special events, sports events, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights applies, with premium rates in effect. For further details, please enquire.

A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
