Dandenong Ranges National Park
Covering 3540 hectares around the scenic Dandenong Ranges, this park features ancient trees, lush fern gullies, bushwalking tracks, waterfalls, picnic areas and a large number of native bird species.

Karwarra Australian Native Botanic Garden
Covering 2 hectares, the botanic garden is home to over 1,400 species of native plants within a landscaped setting. There is also a nursery that stocks a a diverse range of Australian native plants. The gardens are set within Kalorama Memorial Reserve which has a sports oval, BBQ facilities, picnic shelters and a playground.
