The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and basic condiments.

Downstairs is a smaller sitting area which provides direct access to a two car garage.

Take a 5 minute walk to the end of Lake Tyers Beach Road and enjoy a meal or drink overlooking the water at Waterwheel Beach Tavern. Next to the tavern is The General Lake Tyers Beach which serves coffee and cafe-style food.

Drive less than 10 minutes to Lakes Entrance for all your shopping needs as well as great restaurants.
