Set in a rainforest garden with its own entrance, off-street car and boat parking spaces, this self-contained cottage offers a secluded retreat while being close to all town amenities.

You are close enough to the Mallacoota Inlet to hear the sound of waves lulling you to sleep at night. It's just a short walk, on well-maintained tracks, to shops, golf club and Bastion Point Beach. The boat ramp is only a few minutes' drive away.

Tranquil oasis with a sound track of birds and the ocean waves.
Amazing hosts at a property set amongst nature. A short walk to the ocean beach, or to estuary beaches for calmer waters. A fantastic place to relax and unwind. A well-equipped cottage, with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal or enjoy a cool drink on the deck, looking out through the bush over Mallacoota inlet. A well-equipped cottage and very comfortable.

Fantastic spot!
Lin Cottage is an excellent getaway, a great place to relax and recharge. Lots of great walking tracks, wildlife, beaches and views. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Peace and quiet
Lin Cottage was perfect, views of the sea, bird life and walks right at our door step. The cottage had everything you need to feel at home and unwind and relax, every need has been covered. Nice linen supplied and a well equipped kitchen, whilst everything was spotless. Our favourite place was on the deck watching all the wildlife. Would stay here again for sure highly recommended.

Paradise
Perfectly located to hear and smell the sound of the ocean while taking in the natural surroundings with the sights and sounds of nature's inhabitants. This was a perfect escape to reconnect with myself whilst seeing a beautiful friend. Loved every moment of it!
