Best known for alpine skiing, there are 9 kilometres of cross country trails and 25 lifts which give skiers and boarders access to over 80 downhill runs. Resort facilities include bars, restaurants, a supermarket, cinema and an extensive range of accommodation. During summer, the mountain is transformed into a spectacular natural wonderland with magnificent views and activities including bushwalking, abseiling, fishing horse rising and mountain biking.

It offers first-class cross-country skiing during the winter with around 70 kilometres of maintained trails. Snowboarding and telemark skiing can also be undertaken. Facilities at the resort include a cafe, equipment hire centre, ski school and public shelter. During the summer, the mountain blooms with wildflowers.
