Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park
Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park

Australia's largest and most beautiful inland waterways, the Gippsland Lakes are a network of lakes, marshes and lagoons covering over 600 square kilometres. The Lakes are separated from the ocean by coastal dunes known as Ninety Mile Beach, from Seaspray to Lakes Entrance. Bird and marine life thrive here, with lake dolphins and pelicans frequenting many locations.

Metung Hot Springs

Overlooking the Gippsland Lakes, Metung Hot Springs is a wellness experience where you can indulge in warm bathing or spa treatments. The outdoor pools are filled with mineral rich geothermal water which is drawn from a well 500 metres beneath the earth's surface, detoxifying the body and rejuvenating the spirit. The bathing valley offers social bathing with several pools while the hilltop escarpment offers a more tranquil experience with individual bathing barrels and sweeping views of the coast. There are also cold plunges, geothermal showers, a reflexology walk, relaxation lounges, nature trails to explore and an on-site cafe.
