Enter the property through tall secure gates at the front which are at ground floor level. There is a double garage and ample parking space on the driveway for additional vehicles or a boat.

A flight of jarrah stairs leads to level 2 where there are bedrooms and a living area. Sliding glass doors at the at the front of the living area open onto a large balcony that looks out to the bay. At the rear of the living area are another set of glass doors that lead to a covered sitting area in front of a full size tennis court.

Climb the stairs to level 3 where there is a large open plan living area with a curved ceiling that stretches across the entire width of the home. The lounge area features luxurious couches in front of a stunning marble open fireplace. One end of the lounge area opens onto a large covered balcony that boasts spectacular water views where you can watch the yachts go by with the city lights in the distance. The other end opens onto a balcony at the rear of the home with an outdoor lounge and BBQ that overlooks the tennis court. The dining area includes an 8 seat table with water views and there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite benchtops, gas cooktop, oven, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Take a stroll further along the coast to Shire Hall Beach and the popular Mothers Beach. The main street of Mornington, which is home to a huge collection of restaurants, cafes and other shops, is just 10 minutes walk from the home.

Mornington is centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula, making it an ideal base from which to visit coastal villages, wineries, gourmet producers and many golf courses.
