Upstairs is the main living area. This open plan space has split system heating and cooling, as well as large windows which let in lots of sunlight and provide water views. There is a comfortable lounge area with a TV, a large dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher and fridge. Also on this level are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The highlight of this home is the large open deck which is accessible via sliding glass doors from the upstairs living area. On this deck is a large 2.3m x 2.3m AquaPulse Hamilton hydrotherapy spa with an outdoor shower. The deck overlooks the garden and provides panoramic views across the bay towards Arthurs Seat and the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula. Immerse yourself in the night sky and stars from this perfect vantage point with low light pollution.

Downstairs is a second open plan living area. Perfect for an additional couple or as a kid's retreat, it includes a sitting area in front of a wall-mounted TV, a small kitchen and a bed. There is a large front yard with a double carport and ample room on the driveway to park additional vehicles or a boat behind lockable front gates. The home is set on an exclusive 2000m² allotment.

Bay Views on Family Orchard is located across the road from Mount Martha Park and within a few minutes drive of local beaches.
