The ground floor lake view rooms have a patio with water views, while the first floor lake view rooms have a private balcony that provides panoramic views overlooking Lake Nagambie.

There are motel-style queen or king rooms with a small kitchenette that includes a sink, toaster and microwave. The family rooms have a separate bedroom area and include basic cooking facilities with a small electric cooktop and microwave.
