The spacious air-conditioned open plan living area includes a lounge setting in front of a wall-mounted TV with Netflix and a dining table that seats 4 people. The compact kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge.

Access to the apartment is via a flight of external stairs up to the balcony. It is the last apartment in the block, so there are no neighbours on one side.

Orton Waves is conveniently situated in the heart of Ocean Grove, within an easy walk of cafes, restaurants, vibrant shops and the Barwon River. The sandy ocean beach is only 600 metres or a 5 minute walk away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
