This immaculate haven has been designed in the shape of an octagon to make the most of its surrounding views. Perfect for couples, a family or group of friends, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

The open plan living area boasts wrap around floor to ceiling windows, providing lots of natural light and panoramic views. This air-conditioned space includes a luxurious lounge suite, a Smart TV and a dining table which seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has slate flooring and bench seating. There is a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

From the living area, step out onto the wide covered front verandah which has a dining setting. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and 180 degree views along the coast from Barwon Heads, over Ocean Grove and across Port Phillip Heads to the Mornington Peninsula.

At the rear of the home is a covered deck with a gas BBQ. This overlooks the fenced and private backyard with an expanse of lawn.

Located under the home, at driveway level, is a single car garage and games room with a table tennis table. Additional parking is available on the cobblestone driveway. Please note that the driveway is steep.

Views on Sunset Strip is situated in a quiet residential area, within a 15 minute walk of the sandy ocean beach. Take an 8 minute walk to Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre for your shopping needs.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
