Chill...Bliss

Chill...Bliss is a lovely renovated family beach house in a central Rosebud location, where you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

The front door opens into a spacious living room complete with a comfortable lounge setting, large TV, Nintendo Wii, board games, jigsaw puzzles and split-system air-conditioning. The adjoining dining area seats 8 people and there are an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. There is the option of sleeping 2 more people on the sofa bed in the lounge room.

• Master bedroom - king bed, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double at bottom, single at top) and a kids only bunk (holds a maximum weight of 100kg, so two small children or one larger child)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - large shower, vanity unit, toilet
• Ensuite - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

Linen and towels are provided.

There is a separate laundry with a washing machine, ironing facilities and wash trough.

In the garage is a pool table which can be converted into a table tennis table.

Both the front and back gardens are fully fenced and gated. The gate to the back garden can be locked. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard, a meal in the covered outdoor entertaining area which has a dining setting for 6 people, or relax on the deck chairs on the grass in the sun. Please note that there is a security camera in the front yard only.

Parking is available for 3 to 4 cars on the driveway. There is space for a boat.

Chill...Bliss is the perfect location for year-round escapes. It is close to all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including bay and ocean beaches, several golf courses, wineries, Peninsula Hot Springs, scenic drives and shopping. Bay Views Golf Course is a short 3 minute drive away and the Waterfall Gully shops are a leisurely 10 minute walk.

Please note that no schoolies bookings are taken. All adult guests must be over the age of 25.

Shoulder season - from $400 per night
Peak season - from $500 per night

All rates are based on 2 people. Additional fee applies for extra guests.

Cleaning fee is $330. A refundable bond applies.
