Salty Breeze

Salty Breeze is a two storey holiday home where you can experience a comfortable and secluded beach getaway, just a leisurely walk from the sandy shores of Rye Ocean Beach.

The upper level of this home consists of a light-filled air-conditioned open plan living area. There is a relaxing sitting area with a wood fire, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.

Adjoining the upstairs living area are two separate sunny decks where you can enjoy panoramic views that stretch over the surrounding bush from Red Hill to Arthurs Seat, and across the sand dunes to the vast coastal national park. There are outdoor dining settings on each deck, plus a BBQ and egg chair.

Downstairs are the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. A door from the laundry leads out onto a deck with an outdoor hot shower.

This home has 3 downstairs bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Salty Breeze is located on a 2,000 square metre allotment which features a beautiful indigenous garden and is home to lots of local birdlife.

There is a two vehicle carport and ample space on the circular driveway for additional cars.

Salty Breeze is surrounded by natural beauty. Take a short stroll through the Mornington Peninsula National Park to pristine Rye Ocean Beach which surfers will love. A short drive away are more surf beaches including St Andrews and Gunnamatta. Explore the rugged coastline around Cape Schanck and visit the historic Cape Schanck Lighthouse.

St Andrews Beach is a central location from which to experience the many attractions of the southern part of the Mornington Peninsula including St Andrews Beach Brewery, Peninsula Hot Springs, championship golf courses and acclaimed wineries. There is a small shopping strip along Dundas Street, otherwise take a 5 minute drive into the centre of Rye which fronts the safe swimming bay beach.
