Paterson Retreat is a new two storey luxury holiday home where you can enjoy water views.

The huge downstairs living area is of an open plan design with a large sumptuous corner leather couch in front of a wall mounted 65 inch Smart TV. The dining area has a table which seats 12 people, plus 4 stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Also downstairs is a theatre room and a hallway that provides direct internal access to the double garage which has a small children's folding table tennis table.

Upstairs is another living room with a 55 inch Smart TV and bar fridge. A sliding glass door opens onto the partially covered front balcony which has a seating for two people and offers delightful water views in the distance. The adjacent study has a work desk, a sofa and a collection of books and board games.

Paterson Retreat has 5 bedrooms, all with walk-in robes, and can comfortably sleep up to 16 people.

Year round comfort is assured with dual-zone ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning that services every room in this home.

At the back of the home is a fully covered patio with an 8 seat dining table, gas BBQ and ceiling fan. This overlooks an amazing electric heated 6 person hot spa pool, surrounded by outdoor seating.

The backyard is fully fenced with a section of grass which kids can play on.

In addition to parking for two vehicles in the garage, another 3 to 4 vehicles (including a boat) can be parked on the concrete in front of and next to the garage.

Take a 2 minute drive to the town centre of San Remo, with its supermarket, hotels, cafes and shops that overlook the foreshore and water. For the more energetic, take a stroll along the footpath for around 22 minutes to reach the beach at the base of the Phillip Island bridge.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
