Ironbark on Dolphin is a delightful near-new holiday home which is within walking distance of popular Smiths Beach.

The heart of this beautifully furnished home is the open plan living area which is bathed in natural light. The lounge area has a relaxing wood fire (wood supplied), reverse-cycle air-conditioner, plenty of comfortable seating, books, games, movie library, sound system and a TV with DVD player and Chromecast. There are two dining areas - one in a separate space with seating for 8 and a smaller table that overlooks the lounge area that seats 6. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes a 900mm gas oven with cooktop, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, soda stream, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A large sliding door leads from the living area onto a shady deck. This delightful space includes a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting.

Ironbark on Dolphin has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. All bedrooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning.

The rear yard of this property backs onto grazing land, providing a real country feel. There is an outdoor hot shower which can be used to wash off sand after a day at the beach. Plenty of parking is provided including a double carport and long driveway which can accommodate two extra vehicles.

Ironbark on Dolphin is located less than one kilometre from Smiths Beach which is one of Phillip Island's premier surf destinations. Take a 9 minute walk to Smiths Bar & Beach Food for great coffee and food.

All of Phillip Island's major attractions are within easy reach. Drive just 2 minutes to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, 3 minutes to A Maze'N Things theme park and the Koala Conservation Reserve, 7 minutes to the heart of bustling Cowes and 10 minutes to the famous Penguin Parade.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
