The Deck Sorrento

The Deck Sorrento is a relaxing beach house tucked away in a quiet residential street, perfectly suited for one or two families.

Decorated in a beach vibe, the air-conditioned open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge suite in front of a spectacular open fireplace. There is a TV with Foxtel, a 10 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The living area opens onto a large elevated outdoor deck which has a BBQ, table and sun lounges, providing a perfect space for outdoor living during the warmer months. From here, enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding tree canopy.

There are 4 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 12 people.

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, plus a single bed if needed for a child to sleep with parents
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed
• Bedroom 4 / rumpus room (downstairs) - tri bunk (queen bed on bottom and king single bed on top), queen trundle bed

A porta cot and highchair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom (upstairs) - bath, shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet
• Combined laundry / bathroom (downstairs) - shower, separate toilet, wash trough, washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities

The downstairs bedroom / rumpus room is an ideal retreat for kids, with bedding for up to 5 people. It has a TV, couches, table tennis table and direct access to the bathroom and laundry. The rumpus room opens onto a covered deck which overlooks the garden.

The Deck Sorrento is set within its own private landscaped gardens with a fully fenced and secure back yard.

Take an easy walk to Sorrento's main shopping strip with its its many restaurants, cafes and shop. Both the bay beach and ocean beach are within walking distance of this home.

This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

Nightly rates from

Off Peak: $750 per night
Shoulder: $850 per night
Peak: $900 per night
High Peak: $900 per night

Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels are included for a surcharge of $315 per stay.
