Calm 3922 is a large home perfectly set up for families and located within walking distance to the beach.

The front living room is a relaxing space with two couches, a Smart TV and large windows that overlook the garden. Moving further into the centre of the home is a wood heater and small dining table that seats 4 people. Adjacent to this space is a larger dining area with air-conditioning and a table that seats 8 people. Overlooking this dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Flowing through to the rear of the home is a huge living room which doubles as a games room. There are couches in front of a Smart TV, DVD player, sound system, Bluetooth speaker, Playstation 3 and games. The entertainment continues with a combined pool and table tennis table and also a separate air hockey table. A sliding glass door from this area opens onto a large covered deck with seating for 14 people and a gas BBQ.

Calm 3922 has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.

• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single trundle bed

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The fully fenced backyard is a haven for kids with a set of play equipment including two swings, a slide and play fort.

Parking is available under the single carport and up to 8 vehicles, including boats, can be accommodated along the U-shaped driveway.

Take a 5 minute walk to the end of Sunderland Bay Road and follow the track and steps down to the rocky ocean platform below. Alternatively, take an 8 minute walk to Surfies Point and climb down the stairs onto the beautiful sandy beach.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
