Coast Leumeah

Coast Leumeah is a two storey family holiday home with water views that is within a short walk of the beach.

Upstairs is an air-conditioned open plan living and dining area. There is a huge corner couch, a wall mounted Smart TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. A sliding door from the dining area leads onto a long and enclosed side balcony with a gas BBQ.

Also upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen overlooks a sunny meals area which has a 4 seat table. A glass door from the meals area opens onto the covered front balcony which has a table and seating for 6 people. Enjoy glimpses of the ocean in the distance from here.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living room which also functions as a games room. It has a large couch, wall mounted Smart TV and pool table.

Coast Leumeah has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

The garden is fully fenced there is a hot outdoor shower.

Up to 4 vehicles, including a boat, can be accommodated on the 24 metre long driveway which has a gate at the front.

Getting to the beach is easy. Take a 2 minute walk to the end of Sunderland Bay Road and follow the track and steps down to the rocky ocean platform below. Alternatively, take a 5 minute walk to Surfies Point and climb down the stairs onto the beautiful sandy beach.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
