Whites Retreat is a modern and beautifully presented two storey holiday property with ocean views of Whites Beach.

The impressive entry to this home leads to a downstairs air-conditioned open plan living area. It consists of a lounge with comfortable couches, a TV with Telstra AirPlay and an 8 seat dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. This living area opens onto a north facing paved courtyard which is perfect for entertaining with a gas BBQ and outdoor table. The courtyard overlooks a fully enclosed garden which is ideal for kids and pets to enjoy.

Upstairs is a second living area which has a study bench and a long couch in front of a large screen TV. Glass doors lead onto a stunning tiled outdoor entertaining area that offers panoramic views of both the wetlands and ocean.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

There are two bathrooms - a main bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet and an ensuite downstairs. There is also a powder room and fully equipped laundry.

Parking for two cars is available in the double garage. There is space on the driveway for another two vehicles.

Directly across the road from Whites Retreat is an extensive foreshore reserve which consists of wetlands, lawns and a network of walking tracks. Follow one of several tracks over the sand dunes and down onto Whites Beach with its beautiful golden sands.

Take a 5 minute stroll to Peppers The Sands Resort where there is golf course, driving range and restaurant. Drive 2 kilometres to The Dune Village shopping centre with its Woolworths supermarket, or just over 2 kilometres to the centre of Torquay with its shops, restaurants and several supermarkets.

Off-peak rate is $390

Rates vary depending on the length of the stay and time of the year. A $125 booking fee applies.

Minimum stay is generally 3 nights. Minimum stay during long weekends is 3 nights, Easter is 4 nights and the summer peak (22nd December to 19th January) is 7 nights (Friday to Friday bookings only).
