Walhalla's Star Hotel

Walhalla's Star Hotel offers stylish and boutique accommodation in the heart of the historic township of Walhalla.

The hotel's facade is a replica of the original Star Hotel which was originally built on the site in 1873, however the interior has been designed to provide contemporary and luxury accommodation for guests.

There are 12 suites, each with an ensuite and king size bed. They can also be configured with 2 or 3 beds and one room is suitable for those with limited mobility.

All rooms are very spacious and include a lounge suite, writing desk, CD player, radio, ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Rooms do not have TVs as there is no reception within the local area.

The 4 ground floor rooms open onto a cottage garden while the other rooms upstairs open out onto a balcony.

There is a guest lounge which has tea and coffee making facilities, a self-serve guest bar, a book and magazine library, wood fire and air-conditioning.

Parker's Restaurant is located within the hotel and offers a la carte dining and a wine bar for house guests. Restaurant opening times are subject to occupancy, so guests who wish to dine in should book in advance. The Grey House Cafe is located next door to the hotel and is open most days for refreshments and lunch.
