Chateau Yering Hotel is a heritage listed mansion that is set within established gardens on a 100 hectare property.

There are 32 guest suites, each individually decorated and styled with fine furnishings. This is lavish and inviting accommodation, second to none.

The Garden Suites and Mountain Suites feature king beds, antique furnishings and a marble ensuite with a claw-foot bath. Enjoy either garden or mountain views from each suite's private balcony or verandah.

The Stable Suites offer luxurious and romantic accommodation located in the historic stable block. Each room has an antique four poster bed, open fireplace, spa bath, and a patio overlooking private gardens.

The very spacious Yarra Suites have luxurious bedrooms with king beds, marble ensuites with spa baths, and opulent sitting areas that lead out onto private balconies that offer sweeping views of the Yarra Valley.

The Yering Suites are the hotel's signature suites and are the most spacious. Each suite has its own private staircase that leads up to a large sitting room that is graced with fine furnishings, antiques and a gas log fire. The bedroom has an antique half tester bed and walk-in robe. The luxurious marble ensuite has a corner spa and separate shower. A private balcony adjoins the sitting room and bedroom, offering garden views with the hills in the distance.

While staying at Chateau Yering Hotel, guests have the choice of dining in-house at two restaurants. Eleonore's is an elegant restaurant that boasts a menu designed by a creative team of chefs. It is open daily for dinner and in-room dining is also available. The restaurant is open for traditional decadent high tea on Sunday afternoons. For breakfast, guests enjoy a complimentary cold buffet and fully cooked a la carte meal at Sweetwater Cafe. The conservatory style cafe overlooks beautiful established gardens.

Within the hotel are several relaxing guest lounges with open fireplaces. The library also has an open fireplace and has reading material and board games. There is a beauty room where massages, facials and other beauty treatments can be arranged.
